interior mode

amazing wallpaper! if only it featured some flamingos and palm trees I'd be all over it.

dying for some skull ornaments. a cream pottery with a french shabby chic vibe is what I'm currently lusting after.

NASH- a dream shop for the kitsch graphic interior lovers like myself.
Stumbled across this treasure trove with my Mum in Nottingham whilst interior shopping for our new home. 3 floors with various rooms, all featuring a different theme with a variety of quirky trinkets.
Although my colour palette for my clothes is fairly minimalist, I do enjoy vibrant graphic wallpapers and quirky furniture, insistently making this shop one of my favourites.
I'm still on the search for my perfect quirky pieces; it's all about flamingos, palm trees, pineapples and french shabby chic interiors for me! of course with a strong hint of 60s icons and Britishness.
Let the searching commence...

Ziggy Stardust vibe

I've been searching for about a trillion years for the perfect silver boots, inspired by the one and only David Bowie. So pleased I've finally found these little beauties from Topshop Unique. Can't wait to channel that Ziggy Stardust vibe.

for my muma

Annoyingly I'm not spending Mothers Day with my mum, as I'm not feeling too great and have too much work to do. But I'll be back home this Friday to make up for it.
I created this card for her and sent her a box of chocolates which I suspect she will greatly like.
Hope everyones looking after their mums today, and every day in fact. :)

3 cheers to S

Created this congratulations card for my sister who managed to get full marks in her A level exams in January. So proud! (and jealous.)

dazed & confused.

thrilled to announce that I will be joining the Dazed & Confused fashion team as an intern! Been a fan of the magazine for a while so after travelling to London for my interview on Wednesday I was chuffed to be accepted to join their team. Can't wait to create some fashionable mayhem with the team!

portfolio take 1

First original mood board, highlighting my 60s obsession
Second mood board. After a great talk from a current graphic designer and through countless afternoons spent in the Orange Tree I'm increasingly becoming interested in the perceptions of women and female identity.

Currently at a 2:1 standard. I'm hoping to further develop my skills and create a 2nd half to my portfolio. stay tuned.

LFW aw12

After a wide panic about whether or not we'd even get press passes for LFW at Somerset house, we successfully managed to see the collections for Mark Fast, James Long and Oliver Spencer. The bloggers were out in force, showcasing their individual styles and collectively embracing our love for fashion.

Mark Fast finale aw12. A beautiful collection of knitted navy stripes and delicate long evening gowns. After modelling for LFW in february last year, I was thrilled to be on the other side of the catwalk!

Great response for Mark Fast's collection, with Mollie King, Nicola Roberts, Kayne West and Hilary Alexander all being present on the front row.
James Long aw12. Surprised at how much I enjoyed the Menswear day, loved the quilted leather jackets and chunky aran knits. Definitely be stealing that one off the boys.
